Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers on entry points, capability boundaries, and reviewing results.

How is it different from general AI assistants?

General chat assistants are good for asking questions anytime. APEX focuses on making a first version of a recurring small job: research it, organize it, compare it, and keep the result in your workspace.

Can it replace people?

No. It is best for first-pass screening, organizing, and drafting so you can reduce trial cost. Important decisions should still be confirmed by people.

Do I need technical setup?

No. Start from the work you want done, and the system prepares common capabilities for you.

Can I use the result directly?

Simple copy and organized materials may be usable first. For prices, policies, performance promises, and important decisions, check the sources and boundaries manually.

What jobs is it good for?

Researching information, organizing materials, comparing competitors, summarizing documents, preparing support and sales replies, and sending recurring results.

Do I have to use one fixed entrance?

No. Use the desktop app on Mac or Windows, or skip the install and use the cloud-hosted assistant through WeChat, Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom or QQ. Start with the chat app you use most; you can connect more later.
