Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the platform processes personal information and business data when providing AI assistant service, Lark entry, cloud runtime, and subscription billing.
Effective date: 2026-06-04
1. Information we collect
Account information: email, nickname, credential status, language preference, and admin or user role.
AI assistant and conversation information: AI assistant configuration, Lark app binding, message content, conversation summaries, runtime state, task progress, and uploaded or processed file information.
Usage and payment information: call counts, token usage, plan, orders, payment status, and necessary transaction information returned by payment channels.
2. How we use information
To create and host AI assistants, process conversations, maintain context, calculate usage, enforce subscription entitlements, reconcile payments, and provide support.
To support security audits, troubleshooting, access-control protection, capacity planning, product improvement, and legal compliance.
3. Third-party sharing
To deliver the service, we may send necessary data to model providers such as DeepSeek or your custom model channel, Lark Open Platform, payment channels, email providers, or SMS providers.
We do not sell your personal information; third parties process data only as needed for the relevant service.
4. Storage and security
The service is currently mainly deployed on servers and cloud infrastructure in Hong Kong. Data may be stored in databases, object storage, logs, and per-user isolated AI assistant runtime directories.
We use access controls, encrypted transmission, key isolation, tenant boundaries, container isolation, backups, and audits to reduce leakage and unauthorized-access risks.
5. Your rights
You may contact us to access, correct, export, or delete account-related data, except records that must be retained for legal or compliance reasons.
Deleting an AI assistant or account may make conversations, runtime data, entry bindings, and subscription information unrecoverable.
6. Cookies and local storage
We may use cookies or browser local storage for login status, language preference, theme preference, and basic security information.
You may clear these through browser settings, but login and page experience may be affected.
7. Minors
The service is mainly intended for business users and teams with full legal capacity.
Minors should not register, purchase, or upload sensitive personal information without guardian consent.
8. Policy changes
We may update this Policy based on product, legal, third-party service, or security requirements.
Material changes will be notified on the page or in the product; continued use means you are aware of the updates.
