Terms of Service
These Terms apply to your access to and use of the AI assistant service, Lark entry, cloud runtime, and related platform features.
Effective date: 2026-06-04
1. Service description
The platform provides AI assistant creation, hosting, chat entry, runtime, usage management, subscription billing, and admin capabilities.
The service may be delivered through Lark apps, web workspaces, model services, payment channels, and multi-tenant cloud sandboxes.
2. Account registration and use
You should register with a real, reachable email address or another supported method and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for AI assistants, configurations, conversations, and actions under your account, and must not transfer, rent, or misuse the account in ways that harm platform security.
3. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds
Plan prices, quotas, AI assistant limits, overage billing, and purchase availability are based on the displayed page and backend records.
Payments may be processed through Elephant Pay and supported channels such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, and later Stripe or USDT.
Unless required by law or expressly promised by us, activated and used services are generally not automatically refundable. Contact us for abnormal charges, duplicate payments, or missing entitlements.
4. User content and acceptable use
You retain lawful rights to your input, uploaded materials, and business data, while authorizing us to process them as needed to provide the service.
You must not use the service to generate, distribute, or process illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, privacy-invasive, security-bypassing, or harmful content.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in platform software, interfaces, brand, system design, documentation, and infrastructure belong to us or their respective owners.
Subject to lawful use of the service, AI outputs may be used for your business needs, but you remain responsible for checking accuracy, compliance, and third-party rights.
6. Third-party services
The service may rely on Lark Open Platform, DeepSeek or other model services, payment providers, cloud vendors, email providers, or SMS providers.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and limits; their failures, changes, or reviews may affect some features.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for specific scenarios and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, data misuse, or third-party service failures beyond the service fees received.
8. Service changes and termination
We may adjust features, plans, prices, or technical implementation due to product iteration, security, compliance, cost, or third-party changes.
If you materially breach these Terms or harm the platform or others, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant service.
9. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and dispute resolution method will be further specified in the formal version.
Before the formal terms are published, both parties should first seek to resolve disputes through friendly consultation.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and notify important changes on the page or in the product.
Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
